    • All  jewellery from SJOSTENSWEDEN is handmade from sustainable, durable materials.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    • We provide different payment options based on the country you’re shopping from. Visit the checkout to view the available payment methods for your location. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, and Klarna when purchasing from Sweden. All transactions are processed securely, ensuring your personal information remains protected.
  • Can I order from outside Sweden?
    • Yes! We ship our jewellery world wide. Simply select your desired country at checkout to view available shipping options. 
  • Is the shipping fee free?
    • We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, regardless of the order amount. All taxes and duties are included, and free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
  • Can I return or exchange a jewellery piece if I’m not satisfied?
    • Of course! We want you to be completely satisfied with your SJOSTENSWEDEN jewellery. We offer a 14-day return policy, so if you’d like to return an item, please ship it back to us within 14 days from the delivery date. Just send us a quick email before returning the item to let us know about the return.

Please ensure the piece is in its original, unworn condition without any scratches or damage. For a smooth return, we recommend using traceable shipping, such as Postnord’s “Skicka Lätt” service (www.postnord.se/skickadirekt), as we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged returns.
