We hope you love your purchase. However, if you need to make a return, we are here to help. Below you will find all information regarding returns, conditions, and how to proceed.
14-Day Return Period
You are welcome to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please notify us by email before sending back any items. Returns without prior notice may experience processing delays.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- No scratches, marks, or signs of wear will be accepted.
- All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
- Items that do not meet these standards will not be approved for refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories may be non-returnable. These exceptions will always be clearly stated on the product page.
How to Return Your Item
Please use traceable shipping when sending back your order.
We recommend PostNord “Skicka Lätt” or any equivalent trackable method.
We do not take responsibility for damaged or lost returns, so please package your item securely.

Processing Time & Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
