We offer free shipping worldwide, on all orders, regardless of order value.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day from the moment your order is placed.
In most cases, orders placed before 11:00 CET are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

  • All available delivery options will be shown at checkout after entering your address.

Sweden: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–6 business days
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 5–12 business days

Orders are shipped with PostNord.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Europe:
Orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, or equivalent international courier.

USA & Canada:
Orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, or equivalent international courier.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Rest of World:
Orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, or equivalent international courier.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.

Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries

Packages are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If the courier is unable to complete the delivery, a notice will be left and the parcel may be stored at a local pick-up point.

Unclaimed packages that are returned to us may incur additional fees.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All product prices displayed on our website include 25% Swedish VAT.

  • Within the EU:
    VAT is included in the price. No additional customs fees will apply.

  • Outside the EU:
    Prices are shown excluding VAT.
